Major Fiennes Cornwallis, born Fiennes Wykeham-Martin (1 November 1831 – 24 April 1867), was a British Army officer and related to the Cornwallis family.

Born〔Born and baptised ''Fiennes Wykeham-Martin'', changed surname to Cornwallis by Royal Licenses 15 October 1859 in accordance with the will of Caroline Cornwallis ().〕
1 November 1831 at Leeds Castle, Kent, England. Son of Charles Wykeham Martin M.P.〔11 September 1801 – 30 October 1870〕
and Lady Jemima Isabella (née Mann)〔25 December 1806 – 17 December 1836〕
and was educated at Eton College.〔Old Etonians born in 1830's
